13Pixels S.R.L, provides web design, graphic and print design, integration, email marketing, and process automation services. All projects are based on mutually agreed specifications, timelines, and deliverables, which are documented in a separate agreement.

2.1 Web Design & Integration

We design, develop, and integrate websites tailored to your business needs. Any changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

2.2 Email Marketing

Our email marketing services involve creating, managing, and sending email campaigns. You are responsible for providing valid email lists and ensuring compliance with email marketing laws, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Unsolicited or spam emails are prohibited when using our services.

2.3 Process Automation

We streamline business processes using automation tools, customized to your workflows. You are responsible for providing accurate data, and we will not be liable for automation errors caused by inaccurate input.

2.4 Graphic & Print Design

Our graphic and print design services include branding, logo design, marketing materials (brochures, posters, business cards), and other related items. Final designs are delivered in industry-standard formats. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before they go to print or use. Any errors found after approval are your responsibility.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are liable for any activity under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, code, content, and materials created by 13Pixels S.R.L., including graphic and print designs, email templates, and automation workflows, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.

5. Revisions and Approvals

For web design, graphic design, and print design, we offer a fixed number of revisions as outlined in the contract. Any additional revisions or major scope changes may incur additional charges. You are responsible for final approval of all designs and materials.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are required as per the contract terms. Any delay in payment may result in delays in project delivery or suspension of services. Any extra work or services outside the original agreement may incur additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

13Pixels S.R.L. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
For email marketing, we are not responsible for legal violations related to data protection, email consent, or compliance issues. You are responsible for ensuring that your campaigns comply with applicable laws.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and comply with data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, including for email marketing and process automation purposes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Romania.

11. Modifications
